Give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the cruise terminal. Bad idea to fly-in the day of the cruise. Also driving can be tricky- we got stopped one time when they closed I95 South for a motorcycle rally while we were trying to get to the Miami cruise terminal. Fortunately, we left plenty early to allow for delays.

1. Water bottles – Many theme parks now allow you to carry in water bottles containing WATER ONLY. This works great if you are trying to save money on dining in the park. Soft drinks and even bottled water starts at around $2.50 per bottle and up. There are plenty of water fountains to also refill your bottle. Also, you can get those water bottle fans off-site a lot cheaper unless you are after the souvenir.

Check-in and security procedures can be involved. Be sure to arrive at the embarkation area at least two hours prior to sailing.
